Registered customers

Registered customers can look forward to the bonus system and, if interested, the sending of current special offers and information.

By confirming the registration, the buyer agrees to receive e-mail offers from the online store of Sun sport s.r.o., in accordance with Act No. 480/2004 Coll. Offer e-mails will be sent no more than twice a month and the size of individual e-mail messages will not exceed 50 KB. The user can cancel the service of sending news by e-mail at the e-mail address: rollerski@jesenik.com or via a link in the newslatter.

Of course, orders can also be placed without registration.

Acceptance of the order and conclusion of the purchase contract

The offer published on the seller's website is a proposal for the conclusion of a purchase contract, subject to the exhaustion of stocks, and the buyer's order is acceptance of this offer. The purchase contract itself is concluded at the moment of delivery of the buyer's order to the seller. From this moment, mutual rights and obligations arise between the buyer and the seller. The customer is automatically informed electronically about the acceptance of the order.

The purchase price is unchanged for the entire period of validity of the order, i.e. until its delivery or cancellation. Product and price information are binding except for obvious errors. Prices are presented inclusive of all taxes (e.g. VAT) and fees, excluding delivery costs. Information on accepted payment methods is provided below for individual shipping methods.

By concluding the purchase contract, the buyer confirms that he has familiarized himself with these terms and conditions, including the complaint terms, and that he agrees with them.

The seller may withdraw from the contract in the event that a quantity of orders exceeding the current stock availability has been received for the stock quantity at one point in time. In the event that this situation occurs, the seller will immediately contact the buyer in order to agree on the next course of action. If the buyer has already paid part or all of the purchase price, this amount will be transferred back to his account.

When the stock is sold out or the product is removed from the Special offer category, the product remains in the assortment and can be ordered, but at the regular price.
