Shipments are insured by the carrier for the value of the goods. We try to pack the goods as best as possible and at the same time ecologically. Even so, the goods may be damaged during transport. If the package is visibly damaged or if the protective tape is broken, the buyer files a claim directly with the carrier. Sun sport is not responsible for damage caused during transportation.
Cancellation of the order and withdrawal from the contract
The buyer can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of taking over the goods, regardless of the method of taking over the goods or making the payment. The specified period is intended for the buyer to familiarize himself with the nature, properties and functionality of the goods to a reasonable extent. The customer sends us the withdrawal from the contract together with the goods within 14 days. The buyer does not have to state the reason for withdrawing from the contract. When returning goods, it is necessary to document at least the number of the tax document for tracing. Please indicate the bank connection and the selected method of refund or request to exchange goods / size / color. Sun sport s.r.o. is obliged to return to the buyer an amount fully corresponding to the price of the goods and the costs paid for their delivery to the buyer within 14 days of withdrawal from the contract (receipt of the goods and withdrawal), in the same way in which he received payment from the buyer. If the seller offers several options within a certain method of delivery of the goods, he is obliged to replace the cheapest of them to the buyer. Returned goods should be returned to the seller (not cash on delivery!) complete, in the original packaging, must not show signs of wear or damage. The cost of returning the goods to the seller is borne by the buyer. If the returned goods are damaged, the seller is entitled to make a claim against the buyer for compensation for the reduction in the value of the goods and to count it against the returned amount. In this case, the customer is informed. It is not possible to withdraw from the contract within the legal period if the goods are modified at the customer's request - for example, the installation of ski bindings or in similar cases.
