Delivery time
Orders received before 12:00 on a working day will be dispatched the same day, provided the goods are in stock.
The expected delivery time is indicated in the detail of each product. (if the product is not IN STOCK, it is usually 3 days). If the goods are not IN STOCK at our store, the customer is informed electronically or by phone about the delivery date.
For the method of payment in advance to a bank account, the goods are dispatched after receiving the payment to our bank account.
The buyer is obliged to accept and pay for the goods. The buyer is advised to inspect the goods as soon as possible upon receipt. Documents for the goods - a tax document or warranty card is enclosed with the goods. If the customer wishes, these documents can be sent in electronic form.
Personal collection
The shipment can be picked up at our store in Brno on the same day, provided that the ordered goods are in stock (in stock - we ship immediately) and the customer has been notified electronically or by phone that the goods are ready for collection. By default, the goods are delayed at the point of delivery for the customer for 5 days. If the buyer does not pick up the shipment by this time, he is notified again by e-mail or by phone that it is ready for pickup. If the customer does not respond even to this call, the order and reservation of the goods is cancelled.

Delivery point Zásilkovna.cz
The customer is informed by SMS and email that his shipment is ready for collection at the selected delivery point, provided that the goods are in stock, on the following working day. You can find an overview of delivery points with opening hours here. The customer has 7 days to pick up the shipment, another date can be arranged. If the buyer does not pick up the shipment by this time, he is notified again by e-mail or by phone that it is ready for pickup. If the customer does not respond even to this call, the order and reservation of the goods is automatically cancelled.
Price for subscription in SR:
FREE - when purchasing goods over CZK 3,000 (€115)
CZK 90 (€3.50) - in advance by online payment card or bank transfer
CZK 120 (€4.69) - in cash or by card at the delivery point Zásilkovna.

Maximum shipment weight: 5 kg
Maximum dimension of one side of the shipment: 70 cm
The maximum sum of the dimensions of all three sides of the shipment: 120 cm (e.g. a shipment with dimensions of 50×40×30 cm)
Minimum dimensions: 10 x 7 x 1 cm
DPD parcel transport service and DPD Pickup
After dispatch, the customer will receive an email and SMS with information about the shipment and the expected delivery time. The shipment is usually delivered within the second day of dispatch. You can follow the journey of packages HERE

FREE - when purchasing goods over CZK 3,000
CZK 140 - when paying online via a payment gateway or by bank transfer.

Czech Post - parcel to hand, parcel to the post office and Balíkovna
Delivery of goods by this traditional carrier is especially suitable for shipments that the customer wants to pick up in person at the nearest post office. After the shipment of the goods, the customer is informed by email with the package number. The maximum weight of one package is 30 kg. You can follow the journey of packages HERE
CZK 90 - when paying in advance with the Parcel na posto service - 3,200 drop-off post offices where you can pick up your parcel up to a size of 240 cm.
CZK 105 - when paying in advance with the Package in hand service
CZK 125 - when paying by cash on delivery with the Parcel na pošta service (At most post offices, cash on delivery can already be paid by credit card)
CZK 140 - when paying by cash on delivery with the Parík do Ruku service (it is not a rule at Czech Post that you can always pay by credit card)
